Checklists · Android
Everything ticked. Nothing tracked.
A checklist app that cannot go online — because it never asked Android for permission to. Sixteen ready-made lists, US or metric units, reminders that turn up, and sharing that works between two phones.
- 998 items ready to tap, across 16 lists
- Paste a message, get a tickable list
- No internet permission at all
In development. Coming to Google Play. Leave your email and we write once — on launch day.

Features
A proper checklist, not a notes app with tick boxes.
Built by people who kept getting home and realising.
Sixteen lists, already written
Grocery, travel packing, ship joining kit, exam prep, vehicle service, daily goals and more — 998 suggested items in tidy groups.
Quantities that make sense
Tap the pill, set the number with a stepper, and the unit is already right — kg, L, lb, gal, dozen, count.
US or metric, your call
One switch changes the units and the suggestions. Six lists swap their local items to match.
Reminders that turn up
Once, daily, weekly or monthly — and they survive switching the phone off and on.
Lists that start again
A repeating list clears itself each day, week or month and files the finished one in History.
Yours to keep and to lock
A PIN at start-up if you want one, dark and light themes, and one-tap backup to a file you own.
Making a list
Three ways to build a list. Most apps give you one.
Tap what you need
Open an activity and the items are already there in labelled groups — produce, dairy, frozen, household. A full grocery run takes about forty seconds, and no typing.
Paste a sentence, get a checklist
Someone texts “bread, eggs, coffee, dish soap, bananas”. Copy it, open TopTick, tap once: five separate, tickable items. Commas, bullets, numbered lines and line breaks are all understood.
Start blank, or import someone else’s
Type your own when the job is unusual — or import a list someone shared, and it becomes a real checklist with quantities, units and an icon.
Sharing
Send the list. They tick. You see it.
Sharing is a plain WhatsApp or email message — readable by anyone, even without the app. If they do have TopTick, something better happens.
- They import it and tick items off in their own aisle
- They send it back and your list updates instead of making a duplicate
- Their ticks arrive with the time each was done and who did it — nothing you ticked is undone

The part you can verify
Don’t take our word for it. Read the permission list.
Most checklist apps ask for internet access and then promise to behave. TopTick never asks.
Open Settings › Apps › TopTick on your own phone: there is no internet permission to revoke, because there is none to grant.
